Catapulting into Adulting is a FREE one-night event to kick off a lifetime of adulting! High school students will educate themselves about their health, life skills, and get them thinking about college and career. Teams of high school students will compete in a fun and relevant learning environment where they gain understanding and skills to successfully transition into adulthood, while earning the chance to launch bean bags for points and prizes.

As part of this event, all students will have the opportunity to get up-to-date on any necessary immunizations based on the IRIS (Idaho’s Immunization Reminder System). Immunizations will be professionally administered. There is no cost for the vaccine. The administration fee will be billed to insurance and any remaining charged will be covered by the Idaho Immunization Program.

Step 1: Complete the online Registration Form below.

Step 2: On the next page, download, sign and email the Volunteer Agreement to rsvp@onestone.org prior to the event on Thursday, October 19.

Step 3: If you would like your student to receive any necessary immunizations as determined by the Central District Health Department, please download the Medical Release Form and email it to AMunoz@cdhd.idaho.gov.

Step 4: Confirm your email address. You should receive a confirmation email from contact@catapultingintoadulting.com.
